technology provider, has unveiled a range of new products, services and
solutions at the IFAT Entsorga trade show in Munich.
Among the items featured as part of Xylem’s Water
Solutions business is Xylem TotalCare, a comprehensive, integrated portfolio of
services ranging from design and consultancy to energy audits to supervisory
services to maintenance contracts.
Within its wastewater pumping portfolio, Xylem will
showcase Xylem’s Flygt Experior, Xylem’s unique Flygt, the Godwin NC series,
New Flygt Ready pumps, New Flygt Griploc seals, New Flygt Griploc seals and
Xylem’s Flygt APP 800.
Xylem’s Flygt Experior offers up to 50 per cent energy
savings compared to conventional wastewater pumps by combining advances in its
hydraulics, premium efficiency motors and intelligent controls in a unique
concept.
Xylem’s unique Flygt for dry pit pumping solution
delivers all of the expertise, innovation and reliability of the company’s
submersible pumping solutions specifically adapted for dry applications.
The Godwin NC series is a new range of non-clog pumps
featuring Flygt N-technology that combines the expertise of Xylem’s leading
dewatering brands, Flygt and Godwin.
Xylem has added three new sludge pumps to its flagship
Flygt 2600 drainage range. These sludge pumps are ideal for temporary sewage
pumping, digester cleaning at wastewater treatment plants, light slurry
transfer, open-pit and underground mine dewatering and emergency site drainage.
New Flygt Ready pumps are specifically designed for
on-the-spot dewatering at construction or industrial sites, manholes or
emergency situations.
New Flygt Griploc seals are designed to offer outstanding
leak prevention and to be heat-, clog-, and wear-resistant.
Xylem’s Flygt APP 800 is a next-generation pump
controller that provides a clear view of a plant’s energy consumption and the
true cost of pumping operations.
Within its water and wastewater treatment portfolio,
Xylem will feature Wedeco Spektron, The new Flygt 4530, The Wedeco Duron and
Sanitaire Gold Series.
Wedeco Spektron is a new addition to Xylem’s portfolio of
ultraviolet (UV) and ozone disinfection solutions. The new Flygt 4530 is a
submersible mixer for biological wastewater
treatment applications that uses up to 50 percent less energy than
compact mixers.
The Wedeco Duron delivers clean, safe treated wastewater
of the highest standard. Xylem’s Sanitaire Gold Series delivers high quality
aeration with membrane diffusers that can reduce the energy use of a plant by
up to 22 percent.
Among the new analytical instrumentation being introduced
are The WTW IFL 700 IQ sludge level digital sensor, The WTW P 700 IQ analyzer,
The CarboVis, NitraVis and NiCaVis sensors and Multi 9420 and Multi 9430.
The IFL 700 IQ sensor offers continuous, reliable and
precise measurements for sludge management applications at wastewater treatment
plants.
The WTW P 700 IQ analyzer offers rapid and continuous
orthophosphate content measurement in even the harshest environments.
The CarboVis, NitraVis and NiCaVis sensors offering
reliable analysis of nitrate, chemical oxygen demand, biochemical oxygen
demand, total organic carbon and total suspended solids.
Multi 9420 and Multi 9430 are WTW’s two newest members of
the inoLab meter family for electrochemistry measurements.
Xylem starts new distribution and customer service facility in
Moscow
Xylem recently opened its new distribution and customer
service base in Moscow, Russia. The new facility will focus on boosting
sales and distribution, enhancing relationships with Russian customers.
