Support Facilities Bethesda, Carderock, Dahlgren and Indian Head.
The
contract covers the evaluation of water, chemical, energy and service

water plants and cooling water systems. It also includes assisting NAVFAC
Washington in the implementation of efficiency and cost saving measures in
water use and management.
By
deploying this service NAVFAC Washington can save more than $300,000 annually.
“NAVFAC
Washington is focused on ensuring that all energy and water systems under their
command are operating at optimal efficiency. Working in collaboration with
NAVFAC personnel, Phigenics identified over $300,000 in savings last year. As
we expand the program this year, we expect to achieve even greater savings
while ensuring that all water systems are safe,” said Mike Doyle, vice
president of operations for Phigenics.
