America: Atlantic Solar Capital Management announced the acquisition of
minority ownership interest in Sunray Solar, a New Jersey based designer and
integrator of solar electric systems in the residential and commercial
markets.
Financial terms of the deal are not disclosed.
“Atlantic Solar’s investment brings with it the
financial expertise to capitalize on the mass-market adoption of residential
and commercial solar and positions Sunray Solar  to
be a leader in the next phase of expansion in New Jersey and other northeastern
solar markets,” said Troy Lambe, CEO of Sunray.
 Sunray Solar designs and installs solar energy systems
for commercial and residential customers in the northeast.
Sunray Solar in pact with Clean Power to offer financing
options to homeowners
Recently Sunray Solar has inked an agreement with
Clean Power Finance to offer affordable financing options to homeowners.
Clean Power Finance will provide support, enabling both
organizations to expand into more markets throughout the United States.
According to the Solar Energy Industries Association,
residential installations in the United States grew by 21 percent
toward the end of 2011, and analysts and industry experts expect to see
continued demand for residential solar in 2012 and beyond.
