Vestas has completed the sale of converters and controls business including Vestas’ three converters and controls factories to KK Wind Solutions.
Around 600 of Vestas’ employees will join KK Wind Solutions. KK Wind Solutions becomes a world leader within converter and controls for the wind industry.
KK Wind Solutions will exclusively supply converters and control panels to Vestas, and the partnership will further advance with co-development of all future Vestas converters.
KK Wind Solutions and Vestas have agreed on service agreements to ensure business continuity, knowledge transfer and stable operations during the integration period.
