Greentech Lead America: Vertex Business Services has
inked a 10-year contract with EPCOR Water (USA) to offer BPO, customer care and
dispatch services for 127,000 billing accounts in Arizona and New Mexico.
EPCOR USA’s subsidiaries build, own and operate water and
wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure in the American Southwest.

significant utility expertise and the ability to help us provide excellent
customer service to our new customers in Arizona and New Mexico. We’re pleased
with our partnership and look forward to working with Vertex as we grow our
water and wastewater business in the United States,” said Jim McKee,
EPCOR’s Vice President, Corporate Services.
Vertex Business will provide a full scope of BPO
services, including customer care and dispatch services. Vertex will assist
EPCOR USA in creating employment opportunities in both Arizona and New Mexico
as a part of this agreement.
