Seraphim Solar is establishing a solar factory in Jackson, Mississippi. The project is to be completed in two phases, the first of which is expected to become operational in November.
Trials are expected to begin soon on the facility with expected output of at least 300 megawatts of modules annually.

The project is expected to expand production capacity to 1 gigawatt in three years.
According to a statement, the factory will have an intelligent automated production line.
And the factory will be able to produce modules meeting diverse needs of North American customers, such as DuraFlex modules that can bear up to 8000Pa mechanical load, smart technology based modules, “EzBox” configured with three junction boxes, and twin-glass modules applicable to specialized roof projects.
Currently Seraphim has distribution networks in ten countries, including the UK, Germany, and Japan.
