SolaX Power invests $150 mn in research and manufacturing facility

SolaX Power has invested $149.8 million in a new research and manufacturing facility in Zhejiang Province, focusing on utility energy storage and integrated smart energy systems.

Supporting renewable energy growth: The facility aims to meet the rising demand for energy storage, critical for enhancing grid stability and supporting the transition to solar and wind power.

Innovation-driven expansion: Of the investment, $107.8 million will be allocated to R&D labs, testing centers, and advanced manufacturing lines, accelerating SolaX’s ability to innovate and scale new technologies.

Smart energy systems integration: The facility will develop integrated solutions combining solar power, storage, heating, and EV charging, using AI and IoT to optimize energy management in real-time.
