GoldenPeaks Capital Signs Solar Energy Agreement with NGK Ceramics Polska

GoldenPeaks Capital has signed a 10-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NGK Ceramics Polska. GoldenPeaks will provide 125 GWh of renewable electricity each year from solar plants in Poland. This energy will help NGK Ceramics Polska lower its carbon footprint. The agreement supports NGK’s environmental strategy and is expected to save 938,000 metric tons of CO2. The energy supply will start next year.

Suniva, Heliene, and Corning Build U.S. Solar Supply Chain

Suniva, Heliene, and Corning have partnered to create the first U.S.-made solar module supply chain. Corning will provide wafers and polysilicon from Michigan, and Suniva will manufacture solar cells in Georgia. These modules will have up to 66 percent U.S. content, giving solar developers benefits under the Investment Tax Credit program. This investment strengthens U.S. manufacturing and supports energy independence.

Nuvve Expands to Japan with New Business Model

Nuvve has launched NUVVE Japan to grow its vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology. The company’s new model allows local investors to join its growth while keeping financial stability. Nuvve appointed Masa Higashida to lead Japan operations. Japan’s investment in EV infrastructure aligns with Nuvve’s strategy. The company plans to expand the use of V2G technology to improve energy use, lower costs, and support power systems.

Draslovka and Natron Partner on Sodium-Ion Battery Production

Draslovka has partnered with Natron Energy to expand sodium-ion battery production. Draslovka will provide Prussian blue materials for Natron’s battery technology. The partnership will use Draslovka’s production facilities in the Czech Republic, with plans to expand to the U.S. by 2026. This investment supports demand for energy storage and strengthens battery supply chains. Sodium-ion batteries offer an option for data centers and short-term energy storage.
