Sungrow is participating in the Renewable Energy India Expo 2018 in Greater Noida, taking place September 18 – 20.

Sungrow is showcasing its PV solutions for commercial rooftop and utility-scale PV plants in a bid to build a comprehensive PV world together with partners.

The SG3125HV containerized solution integrates PV inverter power conversion together with block monitoring, an auxiliary power supply, and Night Static Var Generator (SVG) function, housed in a standard 10-foot container.

Sungrow said the 3-level topology and smart cooling design reaches peak efficiency of 99 percent and can work without derating at 50 degrees Celsius, making it especially suitable for hot and humid climates in India.

Developed for large-scale 1500V flat ground plants, the product also features a high DC/AC ratio of 1.5 and flexible 6.25MW or 12.5MW block design, which significantly saves initial investment and upcoming operating costs.

Sungrow is showcasing multi-MPPT string inverters SG12KTL-M and SG110KTL-M, which are optimized for commercial PV plants. The SG110KT-M focuses on large and medium-scale commercial rooftop plants.

The SG110KT-M is characterized by a maximum efficiency of 98.7 percent, features 9 MPPTs, which reduces the impact of shading and mismatch issues. It also supports bifacial PV modules with a maximum DC operating current of 13A.

Sungrow recently set up a factory in India to provide customers with localized services.

“Sungrow has believed in the long-term potential of PV in Asia and continued to maintain its leading position in India, Vietnam and Malaysia,” Cao Renxian, chairman of Sungrow, said in a statement.
