Canadian Solar Solutions has completed the sale of the 10 MW AC Mighty Solar power plant valued at over C$60 million to One West Holdings, an affiliate of Concord Green Energy.
The Mighty Solar 10 MW AC solar power plant is located in the town of Chesterville, Ontario.
Under the purchase sales agreement, Canadian Solar will have to execute two of the five projects.
It is important to have a partner who shares the vision of creating clean renewable energy for the future generations to come and to support Concord on their investments in green energy opportunities within Ontario while fulfilling their mission of creating sustainable communities, said, Shawn Qu, chairman, CEO, Canadian Solar.
In another development, Canadian Solar Solutions has completed the sale of Good Light, a 10 MW AC solar power plant located in Ontario, Canada, valued at over C$66.0 million to a BluEarth Renewables.
This is the second of four planned solar projects being acquired by BluEarth from Canadian Solar, totalling 38.5 MW AC.
Concord Green Energy operates solar and renewable energy power projects and produces energy. The company was incorporated in 2012 and is based in Vancouver, Canada. Concord Green Energy operates as a subsidiary of One West Holdings.
