China Sunergy CEO Stephen Cai to speak at India Solar Energy Summit

module manufacturer, announced that it is a platinum sponsor of the 2nd India Solar
Energy Summit to be held on February 23 and 24, 2012 in New Delhi.

Stephen Cai, CEO of China Sunergy, will address the
summit on February 23, 2012.

China Sunergy is one of the leading Chinese
solar module suppliers in India and the company is in a good position to
reflect on the growth opportunities in the Indian market. China Sunergy has
supplied panels to two of the biggest solar projects in Gujarat and looking to
increase its market share in India.

The 2nd India Solar Energy Summit is a key forum for

event.

The Summit, will address various topics such as India’s
roadmap to global solar leadership, energy security, government policy support,

overseas suppliers and governments, and examples of best practices at national
and state level to promote solar energy.

India’s solar PV market experienced a 75 percent growth
in 2010 and 50 percent in 2011. Chinese manufacturers including CSUN have
played a major role in supplying technologically advanced and good quality
modules to build up India’s installed solar capacity.

The Indian government’s Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar
Mission (JNNSM), with its strong support and incentive policies, is backing
India’s efforts to become a global leader in solar energy adoption.

Recently, China Sunergy, announced that TUV Rheinland Group awarded safety and reliability certificates
for China Sunergy’s Quasar modules.
