These plants were approved and began operation in 2004 and 2013 respectively and are located in Brandenburg State of East Germany.
Both projects are situated near another Allianz acquired 11MW Proschim wind farm.
According to Allianz, all acquisitions form a part of the EUR 150 million worth Allianz Renewable Energy Fund.
Currently, Germany is offering many first-rate opportunities for investments in onshore wind parks, commented Allianz officials.
The deal was financed by Commerzbank of Germany.
The wind resource in Brandenburg is favorable for producing wind energy and more than 3,000 wind turbines already exist in the region.
The UKA Group Umweltgerechte Kraftanlagen (Environmentally-Friendly Power Stations) has been developing and implementing technology and methods to promote renewable energies throughout Germany.
