India has lost another case against the US at WTO. The global trade body ruled that India’s domestic content requirements under its solar power program were inconsistent with international norms.
According to The Times of India, India will approach the appellate body of the Geneva-based WTO against the ruling of the dispute panel.
Last year, the US had dragged India to WTO on the national solar mission plan.
