Trina Solar has announced the supply 200MW of modules to Zonergy Company’s downstream projects in China.
Trina Solar will supply 800,000 pieces of its TSM-PC05A modules for Zonergy’s projects located across several provinces in China.
All modules are certified by TUV-SUD as Anti-PID tested to 60oC/85RH percent. Module delivery is expected to be completed in December 2014.
Wuhua Zhang, deputy president, Zonergy, said, “Trina Solar was selected depending on their ability to meet company’s internal standards and performance in brand recognition, quality, value proposition and commitment to customer service.”
Trina Solar with its sufficient capacity, quality products and on-time delivery will be able to meet customer’s demands, boosting up our business. With a large pipeline planned in China in future, a strategic partnership with Trina Solar is valuable for Zonergy’s downstream solar project development, added Zhang.
Zhiguo Zhu, president, module business unit, Trina Solar, said, “This order was won with premium price and will be the key module supplier for Zonergy in 2014. This largest single order Trina has been awarded this year was due to team’s diligent work and commitment.”
Zhu believes this is a testimony to Trina Solar’s position in the solar market in China. Zonergy has a pipeline of downstream projects this year and the company got an opportunity to partner with Zonergy team to support the roster of solar projects, added Zhu.
