Sterling & Wilson to build 28.6 MW solar project for Enfinity

Indian solar EPC solution provider Sterling & Wilson will build a 28.6 megawatt solar photovoltaic project in Digos, The Philippines. The project to come up in Davao del Sur province is to be developed for Belgian solar developer Enfinity.

According to Seenews.Renewables, Sterling & Wilson, which is part of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group of Companies, will be using 310-Wp Hanwha solar modules with a central inverter solution for the installation. Also, the company will use piling foundation for the structure.

The report adds that the Sterling & Wilson aims to complete the project before March 16, 2016, so that the project could qualify for the local feed-in tariff of PHP 8.69 (USD 0.190/EUR 0.173) per kWh.
