ReneSola sells solar modules to True Value Solar

Greentech Lead Asia: ReneSola, a manufacturer of solar
wafers and solar modules, has sold 8 MW of its monocrystalline solar modules to
True Value Solar, a solar photovoltaic installations company in Australia.

True Value Solar operates as part of the M+W Group, a
global provider in engineering, construction, project management and advanced
technology facilities responsible for the planning and construction of 40 solar
PV plants around the world.

ReneSola will
deliver its monocrystalline solar modules directly to True Value Solar’s
distribution sites in Australia by the end of this month. With this
contract, ReneSola’s year-to-date shipments to Australia will total 45 MW.

“This contract reflects the quality of our products
as well as our commitment to research and development. Moreover, our business
continues to grow in Australia, where our year-to-date shipments now top
45 MW and brand awareness of our products, particularly our Virtus line,
continues to improve,” said Xianshou Li, ReneSola’s chief executive
officer.

ReneSola announces new module distribution agreement and
revised full year 2012 shipment outlook

ReneSola recently announced it will provide 100 MW of its
high-efficiency Virtus modules to BIG SOLAR, the Greek distributor in the field
of photovoltaic systems for electricity production through solar energy.
ReneSola will ship in the coming 12 months directly to BIG SOLAR.
