By Greentech Lead Asia: Cleantech Solutions, a
manufacturer of metal components and assemblies, primarily used in the wind
power, solar and other clean technology industries, has received orders to
supply motor shaft forgings to Nanjing Turbine for an aggregate amount of $1.7
million.
Cleantech Solutions will deliver a total of 800 units
of motor shaft forgings. The company will deliver motor shaft forgings by the
end of 2012. The Company has received advance payments of RMB1.6 million
(approximately $0.3 million).
“We are encouraged to receive follow-on purchase
orders from Nanjing Turbine, an established player in China’s wind power
market. We believe this demonstrates the high-quality of our products and our
ability to meet our customers’ needs for wind components and other
equipment,” said Jianhua Wu, chairman and CEO of Cleantech Solutions.
Cleantech Solutions wins $1.9 million purchase order to supply
wind flanges
Recently, Cleantech Solutions announced that it will
supply flanges to a wind power customer and an industrial customer for an
aggregate amount of $1.9 million. Cleantech Solutions will deliver 12 units
of flanges, amounting to total revenue of $1.2 million to an international
customer and 30 units of flanges amounting to total revenue of approximately
$0.7 million to a Chinese customer.
