Sterlite Power has introduced two new corporate brands, ‘Resonia’ and ‘Sterlite,’ following a demerger.

Resonia will focus on transmission infrastructure, while Sterlite Power Transmission will handle cable manufacturing and services. The new brand identities reflect agility and independent growth.

Resonia’s logo symbolizes innovation and unity, while Sterlite retains its original design to maintain market presence. The leadership sees this transformation as a step towards specialization, reinforcing market leadership, and fostering innovation in the energy sector.

The entities aim to optimize capital structures and support the global energy transition. Resonia will expand transmission networks for renewable energy, while Sterlite will manufacture power conductors, cables, and EPC services. Their renewable energy arm, Serentica, remains committed to industrial decarbonization.

The rebranding, unveiled at ELECRAMA 2025, signals a new chapter in energy solutions. Resonia, formerly Sterlite Grid32, operates across India with a portfolio of 20 transmission projects, focusing on renewable energy integration.

Resonia’s footprint covers approximately 11,495 CKM of transmission lines, through a total capex of INR 26,724 Cr. (as of FY24). The projects are designed to facilitate the transmission of renewable energy, fostering the growth of clean energy, and reducing carbon emissions.

Sterlite Power continues as a global leader in power conductors and cable solutions, emphasizing innovation and sustainability.
