SemaConnect has announced that they are designated by Property Markets to install three electric vehicle charging stations at their waterfront condominiums in Aventura.
The charging stations will help home owners a convenient place to charge their electric vehicles.
Property markets preferred SemaConnect due to their networked electric vehicle charging stations and web-based management features.
The stations are Level II commercial grade offering 240 Volts with 30Amps charging capacity, equipped with web-based management software.
Other features offered include time-of-use pricing with built-in payment gateway, sustainability reports on fossil fuel and carbon emissions, real-time electricity metering and electric vehicle driver usage.

SemaConnect also offer an iPhone and Android smart phone app for EV drivers in order to achieve charging sessions, locating nearby stations, and account management.
Moreover, they have partnered with Recargo through PlugShare app, letting them conveniently start a charging session from the PlugShare app.
