Ateios Systems is working with battery manufacturers to increase production of its RaiCore batteries. The goal is to reach large-scale production. These partnerships will help expand Ateios’ product line and offer a new battery calculator. Ateios will showcase the batteries at the Consumer Electronics Show in 2025.
Hyundai Mobis Develops New Material to Stop EV Battery Overheating
Hyundai Mobis has developed a new battery cooling technology to prevent overheating during ultra-fast charging in electric vehicles. The Pulsating Heat Pipe (PHP) uses aluminum alloy and refrigerant to efficiently transfer heat between battery cells, reducing battery temperatures during rapid charging. This innovation improves thermal management, reduces charging times, and supports the widespread adoption of EVs.
ChargePoint and Colorado Energy Office Expand Fast EV Charging Network
ChargePoint and the Colorado Energy Office have finished building six fast-charging corridors in Colorado. This project added 33 charging stations with over 80 ports, helping make EV travel easier across the state.
CE-LINK Provides Charging Solution for Outdoor Emergency EV Charging
CE-LINK has launched a 3000W portable power station to provide emergency charging for electric vehicles (EVs), offering a 2560Wh energy reserve and 25A/120V AC output. The system includes two battery packs and a 400W solar panel for renewable charging, providing up to 53 kilometers of range in 143 minutes, supporting EV owners in remote areas or emergencies.
