Concentrix has strengthened its global sustainability strategy by reducing absolute greenhouse gas emissions, expanding renewable electricity use, accelerating fleet electrification, investing in employee development and supporting large-scale environmental and community programs.
According to the Concentrix 2026 ESG Report, the company achieved a 25.70 percent reduction in absolute carbon emissions by 2025 compared with its 2019 baseline. This progress moves Concentrix closer to its Science Based Targets initiative-validated goal of reducing absolute Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 46.2 percent by 2030, Concentrix sustainability report 2025 indicated.
The company has also committed to reducing emissions by 90 percent by 2050 and achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by 2050. Its near-term and net-zero targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative and are aligned with a 1.5°C climate pathway, CEO Chris Caldwell said.
Concentrix Advances Toward 46.2 Percent Emissions Reduction Target
Concentrix is focusing its climate strategy on emissions reductions across operations, purchased goods and services, capital goods and employee commuting.
The company reported greenhouse gas emissions intensity of 1.87 kg CO₂e per square foot. Emissions intensity per employee, referred to by Concentrix as a game-changer, stood at 1,203.30 kg CO₂e.
The company’s 2025 greenhouse gas inventory comprised 75 percent Scope 1 emissions, 24 percent Scope 2 emissions and 1 percent Scope 3 emissions.
Concentrix is strengthening its Scope 3 strategy by targeting emissions associated with purchased goods and services, capital goods and employee commuting. The approach is designed to improve emissions data, increase supplier engagement and encourage lower-carbon behavior across its global workforce.
Renewable Electricity Reaches 42.75 Percent
Renewable electricity accounted for 42.75 percent of Concentrix’s total global power consumption in 2025, bringing the company closer to its target of sourcing 50 percent of total power from renewable energy by 2030.
Renewable power represents a key tool for reducing Scope 2 emissions and supporting the company’s long-term net-zero strategy.
Concentrix expanded its clean energy portfolio through wind power agreements covering five operational sites in the Netherlands. The agreements were developed in partnership with CBRE Investment Management and Kroonenberg Groep and are supported by Guarantees of Origin certificates.
The company also expanded onsite renewable energy generation through a 545-panel solar installation at its Nunnery Square facility. The solar system is expected to prevent approximately 43 tons of carbon emissions annually while improving energy resilience and lowering dependence on conventional electricity.
Electric Fleet Transition Reaches 23.23 Percent
Concentrix aims to achieve 100 percent electrification of its company-owned vehicle fleet by 2030. The company reported 23.23 percent progress toward this target in 2025.
Sustainable commuting is another major part of its climate strategy. Concentrix plans to introduce sustainable commuting programs in 100 percent of the countries where it operates by 2030. Progress toward this target reached 56.52 percent in 2025.
These programs are intended to reduce transportation-related emissions by encouraging lower-carbon mobility options for employees and improving commuting efficiency.
AI Carbon Platform Avoids 2.8 Million Kilograms of Emissions
Technology is being used to increase employee and community participation in climate action.
The company’s AI-powered Carbon Challenge platform encourages employees and participating schools to adopt practical lower-carbon behaviors. Since its launch, the program has helped prevent an estimated 2.8 million kilograms of potential carbon emissions.
The initiative demonstrates how digital tools and artificial intelligence can be used to promote environmental awareness, track behavioral changes and generate measurable climate benefits.
Concentrix also achieved ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its artificial intelligence management system. The certification reflects the company’s focus on responsible AI governance, ethical technology deployment, accountability and risk management.
Concentrix Plants More Than 1.37 Million Trees
Nature restoration remains an important component of the company’s wider environmental strategy.
Through its partnership with Plant-for-the-Planet, Concentrix has planted more than 1.37 million trees since 2021. The restoration program supports biodiversity, ecosystem recovery and long-term carbon sequestration.
The tree-planting initiative complements operational emissions reduction measures by supporting nature-based climate action and improving environmental resilience in participating regions.
Employees Complete 7 Million Learning Hours and 16 Million Courses
Concentrix made substantial investments in workforce development during the reporting period.
Employees completed more than 7 million learning hours and approximately 16 million courses covering artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation, leadership development and future-ready skills.
The training programs are designed to improve employee capabilities, support responsible technology adoption and strengthen the company’s resilience as business processes become increasingly digital and AI-enabled.
Community Investment Reaches US$6.26 Million
Concentrix contributed US$6.26 million to community and charitable initiatives during the reporting period.
Employees also completed approximately 396,000 volunteer hours through the Think Human Fund and other locally managed sustainability programs.
These activities supported education, environmental conservation, disaster response, nonprofit organizations and community development initiatives. The scale of financial contributions and employee volunteering highlights the company’s effort to create measurable social value beyond its commercial operations.
Concentrix Earns CDP A Rating and EcoVadis Gold Medal
Concentrix received a CDP A rating for Climate Change and a B rating for Water Security, reflecting progress in environmental disclosure and climate risk management.
The company also received an EcoVadis Gold Medal, placing Concentrix among the top 5 percent of companies globally assessed for sustainability performance.
Executive oversight of the ESG strategy is led by Philip Cassidy, Executive Vice President of Strategic Projects and Corporate Strategy. This governance structure is intended to ensure that sustainability is integrated into business planning, operational decisions and long-term value creation.

Concentrix also reached 23.23 percent progress toward full fleet electrification and 56.52 percent progress toward sustainable commuting programs in every operating country. Its environmental initiatives include a 545-panel solar installation, annual avoidance of approximately 43 tons of carbon emissions, prevention of 2.8 million kilograms of potential emissions, and the planting of more than 1.37 million trees since 2021.
Alongside these environmental achievements, employees completed more than 7 million learning hours, approximately 16 million courses and nearly 396,000 volunteer hours, while the company invested US$6.26 million in communities and charitable causes.
