Vivint Solar, a full-service residential solar provider, today announced that it has named Chance Allred as chief sales officer, Paul Dickson as chief revenue officer and Bryan Christiansen as chief operations officer.

“The leadership team and I are honing in on our strategy and focusing on our top five priorities, two of which are building a sustainable business and delighting our customers,” said Vivint Solar interim CEO David Bywater.

“We have outstanding leadership at this company and I know that Bryan, Paul and Chance will be instrumental in delivering on those priorities and delivering on our strategy for success,” Bywater added.

Allred, a leader with 16 years of experience building 3 businesses and most recognized for building high producing sales organizations, has been at the forefront of the residential solar power revolution. He will continue to lead the sales organization and will focus on sales team recruitment, development and leadership.

Dickson, a founding member of Vivint Solar’s management team, has had a significant role raising tax equity investment funds totaling more than $750 million in invested capital. Dickson also cofounded a smart-grid energy management company as a university student and sold the business to Vivint. As chief revenue officer, Paul will oversee the team focused on the sales process and will continue to build out Vivint Solar’s world-class sales operations group.

Christiansen joined Vivint Solar as the company’s chief strategy and innovation officer in May 2016. Christiansen will remain a key player in strategy development for Vivint Solar. As chief operations officer, he will be responsible for all operations contributing to the customer experience beyond the initial sale.
