By Greenteh Lead America: Talesun Solar USA, the USA
subsidiary of Zhongli Talesun Solar, a producer of PV modules and systems,
signed a Cooperation Framework Agreement with CGN Solar USA, wholly subsidiary
of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Holding, to develop 500MW PV power plants in
USA. Talesun Solar USA will source, develop and construct 500MW PV power plants
by 2015.
As per the agreement, Talesun Solar USA will develop a
100MW for the year of 2012, 200MW for 2013, and 200MW for 2014. The projects
will be constructed under the Build-and-Transfer model.
Both Talesun and CGN Solar have great confidence for the
partnership, and are looking forward to seeing future development. Discussions
about the cooperation on project initiative funding will start immediately
after the success implementation of the first project.
Verdant and Talesun Solar collaborate to develop energy
storage systems for solar applications
Recently, VRDT Corporation (Verdant) signed an agreement
with Talesun Solar to jointly develop and install new advanced energy storage
and management systems for solar applications and deployments. Both companies
also have planned to collaborate on new ventures and upcoming projects. Talesun
has a fully automated production plant and is looking to become a world leader
in solar manufacturing.
