Sungrow, a leader in inverter and energy storage systems, has introduced its latest commercial inverters — SG15/20/25CX-P2-LV — tailored for the three-phase 220V micro-generation solar market.

The unveiling took place at Intersolar South America, held from August 29 to 31, 2023, showcasing Sungrow’s commitment to innovation and sustainable energy solutions.

Designed to cater specifically to the micro-generation solar landscape, these commercial inverters offer power ratings of 15/20/25kW. An exceptional feature of these products is their DC input current of 30A per MPPT, ensuring compatibility with larger-format PV modules that exceed 550W. Operating with a three-phase 220V AC output, the inverters can be installed independently or interconnected in parallel, providing adaptability to diverse micro-generation scenarios.

Sungrow’s new commercial inverters are equipped with multiple Maximum Power Point Trackers (MPPTs), making them versatile for various PV installations. This design ensures optimal power generation, even in areas with shading issues. The products are distinguished by their robust IP66 protection rating and C5 anti-corrosion grade, enhancing their durability and efficiency in demanding environments.

The advanced technologies integrated into these inverters offer user-friendly operation and maintenance. The solutions support IV curve scanning and diagnosis, facilitating comprehensive project assessment.

Sungrow’s solar systems also feature the iSolarCloud platform, a monitoring solution designed to minimize operation and maintenance costs while delivering valuable insights. Users can access a comprehensive system overview through multi-dimensional analysis, real-time electricity generation and consumption data tracking, leading to improved understanding of energy consumption patterns.

Rafael Ribeiro, Country Manager of Sungrow Brazil, highlighted the significance of the new product launch, stating, “Sungrow’s six-year presence in Brazil enables us to align with customers and their unique requirements. The introduction of the 15/20/25kW inverters enriches our Brazilian distributed generation portfolio, catering to niche demands while providing an exceptional experience.”

Sungrow’s continuous commitment to innovation in renewable energy technologies reaffirms the company’s position as a pioneering force in the transition to clean and sustainable energy sources. The launch of these commercial inverters designed for the micro-generation solar market aligns with the growing demand for adaptable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to meet diverse energy needs.
