HyperSolar, a developer of a breakthrough technology to
produce renewable hydrogen and natural gas using water and solar power, has
named Vikram M. Pattarkine, as senior advisor, Water Treatment.

Pattarkine brings more than three decades of experience
in chemical-environmental engineering, with specific expertise in wastewater
treatment and renewable energy.

He serves on a variety of prestigious committees
including the Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee of the Chesapeake Bay
Program and the Municipal Wastewater Treatment Design Committee of the Water
Environment Federation.

“Pattarkine brings to HyperSolar the specific experience
and expertise we need in refining the commercialization strategy for our
breakthrough technology. His distinguished career and stellar credentials in
the wastewater treatment industry, combined with his business acumen and
research experience will be invaluable as we develop our technology and bring
it to market,” said Tim Young, HyperSolar CEO.

HyperSolar recently announced that its technology holds
the key to mitigating projected dangerous CO2 emissions levels. The company’s
renewable natural gas can be permanently carbon neutral, meaning that no new
CO2 is introduced to the atmosphere after combustion.
