ET Solar has completed the construction and grid connection of two PV plants with 1.1 MWp each capacity — located in Antalya, Turkey.

ET Solar PV modules, type ET-P672305WW/WB 305W, are powering these two plants — ensuring the highest possible performance ratio to produce energy. ET Solutions Istanbul provided a 2-year Operations & Maintenance contract for both projects, in addition to providing EPC services.

These are first two PV projects built for the owners, who wish to continue their partnership with ET Solutions Istanbul, and build over 10 similar PV plants in the same region.

“Straddling the continents of Europe and Asia, Turkey is a very promising emerging market for solar energy. We are well established, with strong local partnerships, and are in a position to create more and more clean, renewable energy for Turkey,” said Dennis She, president and CEO of ET Solar.

Meanwhile, ET Solar has expanded its portfolio with two ground-mounted solar projects totaling 10 MWp in the UK for Lightsource Renewable Energy, a solar company in Europe. ET Solar’s grid-connected PV projects have reached 75 MWp in the UK.

The two renewable energy projects, located separately at Upper Clayhill Farm in East Sussex and Church Farm in Buckinghamshire, will generate electricity to power about 3,000 homes. This will offset up to 5,100 tons of CO2 emissions each year.
