Lhyfe, a leader in green hydrogen production, and Masdar, the UAE’s clean energy pioneer, have signed an MoU to explore co-development opportunities for large-scale green hydrogen projects in Europe.
The agreement, finalized at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2025, aligns with Lhyfe’s 2024 strategy to partner with investors and experts in green hydrogen.
Lhyfe operates four green hydrogen production sites in Europe and has a project pipeline totaling 9.5GW.
Masdar, targeting a 100GW renewable energy portfolio by 2030, aims to produce 1 million tonnes of green hydrogen annually within the same timeframe.
