2015 Civic Hybrid and Civic Natural Gas are being launched worldwide, providing consumers with additional choices for higher fuel efficiency and environmental performance.
The 2015 Civic Hybrid will be introduced at Honda dealers nationwide on November 5 with a retail price starting at $24,735.
Meanwhile, the 2015 Civic Natural Gas will be available at Honda shops of 37 states from November 19 at an MRP starting at $26,740.
These fuel efficient Civic models were recognized by the American Council for Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) as two of the top ten “greenest vehicles of 2014” in their annual “Green Book Online” ranking of environmentally-responsible vehicles.
Civic Hybrid has an EPA rating of 44/47/45 city/highway/combined and the Civic Natural Gas has shown an EPA rating of 27/38/31.
In addition, experts named the Civic Natural Gas as one the 10 Best Green cars, appreciating its use of a clean-burning fuel that can be sourced from North America, at Kelley Blue Book to their annual KBB.com list.
Featuring high sophistication level combined with great value, both these vehicles feature 7-inch touchscreen Display Audio to view and control audio, phonebook, media, vehicle information, Next-Generation HondaLink and Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System.
A rearview camera with dynamic procedures is standard on all Civics and all 2015 model year Honda vehicles. Smart Entry with Push button Start is standard on the Civic Hybrid.
Besides, the Expanded View Driver’s Mirror, LaneWatch display and automatic climate control are other standard and features on both models.
The Civic Hybrid is available in standard, Navi, Leather, and Leather Navi model variations, with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) whereas the Civic Natural Gas comes in a standard and Leather Navi trim, with a 5-speed automatic transmission.
Both models are assembled at Honda Manufacturing of Indiana located in Greensburg, IN.
