Bioenterprise receives $2.5 mn Canadian Govt aid

Over the next five years, the Bioenterprise Corporation will get $2.5 million grant for commercial services expansion in agricultural sector.

The Canadian Accelerator and Incubator Program (CAIP), executed by the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP) aims to promote budding companies in Canada.

CAIP provides non-repayable contributions to selected accelerators and incubators in Canada.

This funding will inspire Canadian entrepreneurs with the resources and expertise needed to develop their business plan and find out new markets for their products.

On June 20, 2014, fifteen incubators and accelerators were qualified for CAIP, which is intended to encourage efficient companies to grow and create jobs.

Since 2003, Bioenterprise has worked with various companies to launch as well as promote their company.
