LRE Announces 700 MWac Solar Projects in Oklahoma with Google Agreements

Leeward Renewable Energy announced over 700 MWac of new solar projects in Oklahoma, supported by power agreements with Google. These projects will help power Google’s data centers and improve Oklahoma’s energy grid. The projects, including the 372 MWac Mayes County Solar Portfolio, will also provide economic benefits to the local community and support Google’s goal of using carbon-free energy by 2030.

Nextracker and UC Berkeley Partner to Launch CALNEXT Solar Research Center

Set to be completed in 2025, it will serve a Meta data center and create jobs, while contributing to the local community.
