RWE, Europe’s third-largest renewables company, on Monday said it agreed to sell onshore wind assets in Texas with an enterprise value of $600 million to Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp.
The sale of a 51% stake in four onshore wind farms equates to 439 megawatts of capacity, RWE said.
