SunPower, a residential solar technology and energy services provider, said it is in discussions with Maxeon regarding a dispute over alleged breaches of master supply agreements.
Richmond, California-based SunPower aims to continue providing the best service, support and pricing to its dealers and customers and plans to work jointly with Maxeon to resolve these matters. SunPower did not reveal additional details.
SunPower also reaffirmed its 2023 guidance issued on July 26, 2023. SunPower is targeting Adjusted EBITDA of $55–$75 million for 2023. SunPower has reported revenue of $463.9 million and Adjusted EBITDA of –$2.8 million during the second quarter of 2023.
