ReneSola, a solar technology provider, has signed partnership with Swiss solar inverter company SolarMax.
Together both companies will be providing inverters for a 240KW solar power project at Western Nevada College.
Utilizing the latest SolarMax inverter technology, Western Nevada College administration can produce sufficient power supply of around 324,000 kWh per year to light up the entire college building.
SolarMax inverters with their durability and high -efficiency will optimize ReneSola energy generation that will help in boosting the power yield, the company said.
In future both companies will work together for advanced renewable energy products and modern solar technology in favour of techno savvy customers.
ReneSola solar modules have scored well in top test conditions, according to California Energy Commission.
Earlier last year, ReneSola Jiangsu Product Center Laboratory received ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certification from the Canadian Standards Association (CSA).
The CSA certification covered 12 types of tests on ReneSola’s solar panels. Certification under this program means ReneSola PV panel testing and calibration conform to international standards, and positions ReneSola’s Jiangsu laboratory among leaders in the solar industry, the company said in a statement.
In 2013, ReneSola had solar module shipments of 1,728.8 MW, representing an increase of 142.5 percent from 712.8 MW for full year 2012. During the period the company also posted US$1,519.6 million in net revenues, an increase of 56.8 percent from US$969.1 million in 2012.
