JinkoSolar Canada will supply approximately 17 MW dc of its solar PV modules to Borea Construction for the construction of the Brooks Solar Project in Brooks, Alberta in Canada.
Elemental Energy, a Vancouver-based renewable energy developer, owns the Brooks Solar Project, the first utility-scale solar project in western Canada.
Brooks Solar Project, Canada’s first solar project utilizing Mono PERC solar PV modules, will use over 48,500 Mono PERC modules from JinkoSolar.
“We are proud to work with Borea Construction and Elemental Energy on the Brooks Solar Project, a landmark project for the province of Alberta,” said Nigel Cockroft, general manager of JinkoSolar.
