ET Solar has announced the supply of 10 MW anti-glare modules to a solar power plant located in Obermeitingen, Germany.

Enerparc, a German solar EPC company, was the EPC contractor for the solar power plant. ET Solar’s anti-glare modules were installed in the Q2 2014 grid connected project.

For a place with restricted light reflection, anti-glare modules are a final solution and they also form an important part of application lead time reduction.

On completion of this project with ET Solar, Enerparc is all prepared to establish in German market aiming for future projects, commented Stefan Muller, COO, shareholder, Enerparc.

In another development, ET Solar and Sunrun, a solar company from the U.S, has announced that ET Solar PV modules are included in Sunrun’s approved vendor list for use in its home solar systems.

Sunrun’s PV module qualification process consists of extensive product analysis, factory audits, testing and risk assessment to evaluate the manufactures. The process ensures that qualified PV modules meet long-term energy production standards.

Recently, ET Solar has been selected as a qualified PV product provider by Rated Solar Installer, a program designed by the British Photovoltaic Association (BPVA) with the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC).

The program uses an interactive online portal offering UK customers easy access to the solar products installation solutions. Customers can rate the installers based on their working experience.
