SWTCH Energy to Power 2,500 EV Chargers in Washington

SWTCH Energy will manage 2,500 EV charging stations at 136 Greystar properties across Washington State. This project, supported by the Washington Department of Commerce, aims to provide convenient charging for residents in multi-family buildings. Hardware is supplied by Wallbox, with installation by COIL. The initiative helps expand EV adoption by improving access to charging infrastructure.

SEIA and SolarPanelRecycling.com Start Solar Recycling Program

SolarPanelRecycling.com and SEIA have partnered with Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, to launch a solar panel recycling program. Homeowners can drop off old panels at multiple locations, keeping them out of landfills. North Carolina is the test location for this six-month program. The results will help SEIA create a national plan for residential solar recycling.

SolarBank Shares Update on 14.4 MW Solar Projects in Skaneateles

SolarBank is developing two community solar projects in Skaneateles,NewYork, with a combined capacity of 14.4 MWdc. The projects are moving through the permitting process and are expected to receive incentives under the NY-Sun Program. Once completed, residents and businesses can subscribe to receive solar bill credits.
