Enfinity Global has secured connectivity for 2 GW of solar and wind projects in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.
Enfinity Globa, which is in the process of expanding its renewable energy portfolio in India, said these projects aim to power approximately 4.7 million households and offset 49 million metric tons of CO2 annually, supporting both government utilities and commercial customers.
Enfinity has a renewable energy portfolio of ~3.3 GW in India, including 240 MW operational and 2 GW with granted connectivity. Enfinity plans to develop an additional 1 GW of solar, wind, and energy storage projects. Over 1 GW of projects, including those in Maharashtra and Karnataka, will enter the construction phase in 2025.
The company recently won a 300 MW Solar-Wind Hybrid project and aims to supply over 5 GWh of renewable electricity annually through PPAs over the next three years. Enfinity is collaborating with financial partners, securing $135 million in financing from CPP Investments to support its renewable energy initiatives.
