Ethos Distributed Energy, providers of renewable energy solutions, and Rev1 Renewables have now merged to become Ethos Distributed Solutions.
With its acquisition of Rev1 Renewables , Ethos will be able to establish its presence in the segment of installation, operations and maintenance of distributed renewable energy systems.
Paul Roamer, president, Ethos Distributed Solutions, said, “By combining resources and talent with Rev1 Renewables, Ethos can achieve professional efficiency offering effective services to existing clients. The name change reflects the inclusive spectrum of services provided in both the renewable energy and telecommunications industry.”
Ethos is specialized in distributed maintenance, system upgrades and engineering consulting in the field ofwind, solar and wireless segment. Ethos serves 50 KW to 2.5 MW wind systems, solar systems up to 20 MW, maintenance, repair, upgrades and installation for telecom clients.
The renewable energy market has high growth potential, so uptime and healthy operation of these assets are important. Service upgrades are must in solar fields. Ethos has to ensure protection of these renewable investments maintaining the competitiveness of telecom customers, added Roamer.
