Vestas has announced five wind turbine orders in Europe as part of its Q3 order intake, representing a combined capacity of 346 MW. The orders span Germany, Denmark, and the United Kingdom, and include long-term service agreements to ensure efficient operations and maintenance. Financial details were not disclosed.

In Germany, Vestas secured three significant projects:

Raiffeisen Windpark Saterland placed an order for the 72 MW BA 1 Repowering Ostermoor Süd project. Vestas will supply 10 V162-7.2 MW turbines, backed by a 20-year AOM 5000 service agreement. Delivery and commissioning are scheduled for Q3 2027.

Eurowind Energy ordered 43 MW for the Hermannstein project, featuring seven V162-6.2 MW turbines. The deal includes a 20-year AOM 5000 service agreement, with delivery beginning in Q1 2027 and commissioning in Q2 2027.

Windstrom selected Vestas for three projects — Liethe, Gremsheim, and Muden — with a combined 109 MW. The order includes seven V162-6.2 MW and 11 V150-6.0 MW turbines, along with a 20-year AOM 4000 service agreement. Delivery is set for Q3 2026, with commissioning beginning in Q1 2027.

In Denmark, an undisclosed customer awarded Vestas a 59 MW order for 13 V136-4.5 MW turbines. The project includes a 25-year AOM 5000 service agreement, with delivery in Q3 2026 and commissioning in Q4 2026.

In the United Kingdom, Vattenfall selected Vestas for the Clashindarroch II wind farm in Scotland, totaling 63 MW. Vestas will supply 14 V136-4.5 MW turbines under a 30-year AOM 5000 service agreement. Delivery is scheduled for Q2 2027, with commissioning in Q3 2027.

With these contracts, Vestas reinforces its leadership in the European wind energy market by expanding its footprint with both repowering and new-build projects. The orders highlight continued demand for high-capacity turbines and long-term service partnerships, ensuring strong renewable energy deployment across Europe.
