Animal Husbandry and PV Complementary Project in Tibet

JA Solar has supplied 1.1GW n-type DeepBlue 4.0 Pro modules for two animal husbandry and PV complementary projects.

These projects are located in Angduo Township, Mangkang County, and Gongjue Township, Latuo County in Tibet Autonomous Region.

JA Solar completed the supply one month ahead of schedule despite the high altitude and remote location of the projects.

The Angduo Township project in Mangkang County is the largest animal husbandry and PV complementary project under construction in the world.

DeepBlue 4.0 Pro has passed the outdoor demonstration in Mohe, one of the coldest places in China with an annual average temperature of -3.8 ℃, and all indicators maintaining excellent levels.

JA Solar has already supplied DeepBlue 4.0 Pro for a 200MW Animal Husbandry and PV Complementary Project in Chamdo, Tibet Autonomous Region.

In May 2024, CTC National Inspection Group conducted a test on the project, and the result shows that the appearance and indicators all are qualified, proving the reliability of DeepBlue 4.0 Pro under extreme climatic conditions.

Aiqing Yang, Executive President of JA Solar, said: “The deployment of DeepBlue 4.0 Pro modules in Tibet’s animal husbandry and PV complementary projects highlights our technological excellence.”
