NORD/LB Agrees €200 mn Deal for German Solar Projects

NORD/LB has signed a €200 million project finance agreement with AMPYR Solar Europe to support the development of solar and storage projects in Germany. The first project under this agreement is a 45 MW solar farm in Gorgast, Brandenburg. This deal is part of AMPYR Solar Europe’s strategy to expand its renewable energy portfolio in Europe. It reflects NORD/LB’s commitment to promoting sustainable energy infrastructure and helping drive the energy transition. The financing will enable the development of more renewable projects across Germany.

Atul Greentech Partners with Amara Raja for EV Battery Development

Atul Greentech has entered a partnership with Amara Raja to develop lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery packs and chargers for electric vehicles (EVs). This collaboration aims to advance India’s ‘Atma Nirbhar Bharat’ vision by manufacturing advanced chemistry cells and battery packs for Atul Greentech’s three-wheelers. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies (ARACT), Atul Greentech, and Amara Raja Power Systems. The battery packs will be produced at Amara Raja’s Giga Corridor in Telangana.

True Green Capital Management Acquires 64MW of Operating Solar Assets

True Green Capital Management has acquired 64 megawatts (MW) of operating solar assets. This acquisition increases TGC’s current distributed solar operating portfolio to over 600 MW. The newly acquired assets are located across multiple U.S. states and are contracted under long-term power purchase agreements, providing stable cash flows. This strategic move aligns with TGC’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the distributed solar sector and supporting the transition to clean energy.
