Cube Green Energy Secures €150 Million as European Renewable Pipeline Tops 2 GW
Berlin-based Cube Green Energy has completed debt-financing transactions totaling around €150 million, approximately $175 million, to accelerate its European renewable-energy portfolio. The financing supports more than 250 MW of projects with secured tariffs, with over 150 MW already reaching financial close. Cube currently operates more than 200 MW of renewable assets generating over 250 GWh annually, while its development pipeline exceeds 2 GW. Once built, the pipeline could generate more than 3 TWh per year. Backed by I Squared Capital, Cube focuses on wind, solar, battery storage and related renewable infrastructure across continental Europe. The new financing provides capital to move projects through procurement, financial close and construction, addressing one of the key bottlenecks between development and operating capacity.
Avaada Plans $1.05 Billion Zero-CBAM Green Industrial Campus in Haryana
Avaada Group has signed an agreement with the Haryana government to develop a 300-acre Zero-CBAM Green Industrial Campus in Hisar with proposed investment of INR 100 billion, approximately $1.05 billion or €897 million. The project is designed to attract industrial manufacturing powered by low-carbon and renewable-energy infrastructure, helping exporters address European Union Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism requirements. Haryana intends to facilitate development through the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre. The campus represents a shift in renewable-energy investment from standalone generation toward integrated green industrial zones where power supply, manufacturing and emissions management are planned together. At more than $1 billion, the proposed investment could become a significant clean-industry development for northern India if it advances from the agreement stage into construction.
