ENRCOM selects Sauer Energy\'s WindCharger for their communication test site in Mexico

By Greentech Lead America: Sauer Energy, a developer of
the WindCharger vertical-axis wind turbine, announced that their WindCharger
system will be deployed at the ENRCOM test site in Mexico along with the
customized mounting system developed and provided by Sauer Energy to attach to
the communication towers throughout the country.

ENRCOM is in the process of creating its own training
program in preparation of deployment of the many WindCharger systems required
to maintain uninterrupted communications.

“ENRCOM has moved into field deployment. Following
the expected successful results of the testing, the large scale utilization of
the WindCharger will begin as they are used to generate and maintain power for
communication towers throughout Mexico. It is our expectation that thousands of
WindCharger turbines will become a familiar site atop towers across the
country, keeping everyone connected,” said Dieter Sauer, CEO and president
of Sauer Energy.

WindCharger system is an extremely cost-effective and
independent power source for both rural and metropolitan areas. Sauer Energy expects
that the WindCharger system’s performance and versatility will make it an ideal
solution for residential and small buildings all over Mexico as well.

Working closely with ENRCOM, Sauer Energy has developed
and built a custom mounting system to specifically fit both the mono pole and
the three-legged communication towers. They can be used by most communication
towers universally. Sauer Energy can provide support for any unique
requirements of high volume and special purpose clients.

The WindCharger system has the ability to withstand gusts
up to 100 miles per hour and extreme conditions that makes WindCharger
preferred choice of the communication companies to meet their requirements for
providing cost-effective redundant backup power to help sustain the vital
network links. The WindCharger system, in tandem with the solar panels and
battery storage, can supply power to the communication infrastructure that
everyone has become dependent upon.

Sauer Energy to develop Community Wind Project for large scale
renewable energy deployments

Sauer Energy recently announced it is developing
Community Wind projects featuring its wind turbine products. The project will
bring more economical ways to generate power on a large scale in local
communities. The concept is to generate energy from a strategically placed
cluster of turbines in a low wind area while remaining close to an existing
grid.
