Automated Logic Corporation Acquires Yankee Technology, Inc.

Automated Logic Corporation, a provider of
building automation solutions that maximize energy efficiency while ensuring
occupant comfort, has acquired Yankee Technology, an independent ALC controls
contractor with offices in Ludlow and Marlborough, Massachusetts.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Automated Logic is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security Systems, a
unit of United Technologies Corp.

YTI designs, installs and services building
control systems for customer segments including schools, colleges and
universities, government and commercial offices, and healthcare facilities
throughout the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Since becoming an Automated Logic dealer in
1991, YTI has developed a reputation for technology leadership and customer
satisfaction. YTI owner Chuck Abro and the firm’s management team will continue
to serve in their respective roles within the expanded Automated Logic branch
operation.
